Mark Newgent of at The Main Adversary has a really good write up on the RGGI and how it is going to effect electric rates in Maryland. In the end this is just another tax to move money for the middle class to the poor with a cut going to government bureaucrats in the middle. It wont do anything more then

Although I find story like this fun to read. The leftest will simply point to area's like our that have had a very mild winter and claim it is prof of global warming and total ignore the facts.

Several area Bloggers wrote today about O’Malley and the Democrat's plan to increase cost to Maryland Family's resulting in higher Electric Bills thought bills that will do little more then make the Democrat feel better about themselves.
